Dylan’s POV
I slowly opened my eyes and noticed I was in the hospital. Thank God I’m not dead.
“oh Dylan ” I heard my aunt call beside me.
“you didn’t have to come” I seethed looking away.
“Dylan I’ve told you already, it wasn’t my fault, when will you understand that and forgive me” she said as a tear slid down her cheek.
“but you were the one driving that night, had you been careful then mom will still be alive by now” I said sternly.
“yes I know but I’m sorry, I didn’t do it on purpose, I lost control of the car and that’s when we ended up in a pit”
“yes and you were the only one who survived, it’s your fault that I lost my mom, I didn’t get to see her thanks to you” I seethed.
“I’m sorry Dylan please forgive me” she pleaded touching my hand .
I know she didn’t do it on purpose but had she been more cared then that accident wouldn’t have happened and mom would still be alive.
I better stop blaming her for it cuz she was hurt too.
“it’s okay aunt, I forgive you” I said and she smiled.
“where’s Debbie aunt” I asked looking around.
“oh the bitch who tried to murder you, I put her behind bars” she pouted.
“you did what” I yelled trying to sit up but it was difficult.
“yeah, that’s where she belongs ” she pouted.
“I need to go see her now ” I said getting down from the bed.
“but you have not fully recovered yet”
“I don’t care and please don’t try to stop me” I said and left.
” sir Dylan you are not ”
“let him be” aunt interrupted the doc who was trying to stop me.
I reached outside and went back inside the hospital to get aunt’s car key and I left.
I got in her car and drove to the station.
I got there some mins later.
I met the officer, and they asked questions, blah blah blah and finally, her bail was set.
She came out and oh God. She’s a mess, I feel like strangling aunt with my bare hands.
How could she do this to my angel.
She didn’t say anything, she just walked passed me. I followed her and took her to the car and we drove off to my house.
Stacey’s POV
How is it even possible that Liam is life?
Aunt said he died in the bomb.
So how is this possible.
I slowly and quietly closed the door and went back to the balcony where the girl said I should wait.
Few mins later she came, smiling.
“sorry for keeping you waiting without any refreshment ” she apologized smiling.
“oh it’s okay” I replied.
“so”
“what’s your name” I asked
“Emma, Emma Gilbert ” she said still smiling.
“nice name” I complimented
“thanks” she said.
“so Emma, where’s the restroom, I have to use it” I lied.
She called one of her boys to show me the way.
I got up and took a glance at downstairs and there seem to be no guards there.
I can freely escape.
I entered the restroom, thinking of how to get Liam out of there.
I have to get through this stupid guard Emma sent to show me the restroom.
“um hey, I need um I, well it’s a girl stuff” I said shyly.
“say it ” he said sternly
“OK can you please go to Emma and help me to get a pad” I asked and his eyes widened.
“I can’t come out like this” I said and arched an eyebrow.
He looked at me for a while and left.
I came out of the restroom and ran to the room where Liam’s kept.
I opened the door and barged in.
“can’t you” Liam was saying but stopped when he saw me.
“Stacey ” he yelled and hugged me.
“we don’t have time Liam, we have to get outta here immediately ” I said rapidly and I held his hand and we ran out.
We slowly climbed the stairs and peeped to see if there’s anyone in the sitting room but no one so we ran out.
We reached outside and ran to the gate and we heard “lock the gate” .
We didn’t bother looking back, we touched the gate and it opened itself and we ran out.
We got in my car and drove off with high speed.
I could see from my car mirror that a car was following us.
I drove carefully but in high speed but the car was still trailing behind us.
Emma’s POV
My boys are so useless.
Gosh! I’m gonna kill this Stacey with my bare hands .
How dare she take my little brother away.
I didn’t kill Liam because I couldn’t. I couldn’t find it in me to kill him so I decided to embrace him as my kiddie brother.
You are all wondering who died in the explosion
right?
Well I’ll tell you.
I had no intentions of killing Liam or maybe I did.
But he’s my little brother afterall so I decided to just fake his death.
I did kill someone but the person deserves it.
The person I killed was the man who slept with me just for him to give me money when my mom was sick.
My mom and I suffered a lot. I could remember she was sick that night and I begged people but they didn’t help me.
It was only that man who promised to help me, only if he sleeps with me.
I had no other choice than to sleep with him but at the end of everything, that imbecile never gave me the money.
He just used me.
So when I knew that he was here too, I kidnapped him and put him in the same building I kept Liam.
When Liam waved Debbie and Dylan before my boys took him in, they took him in and brought him out from the backyard.
It was left with that despicable thing in the building so I exploded it.
Debbie and Dylan thought it was Liam.
Ice been taking care of Liam, even his studies, I employed a professor to teach him whatever he needs to know.
He cries every day saying he wants to meet Debbie but I didn’t allow that.
I always sit beside him in the night till he falls asleep.
I even left Debbie alone for a while because Liam asked me to and now a so called Stacey wants to take him from me.
I won’t spare anyone this time, not even Debbie.
I had to loose my virginity just to get money to save my mom while my real dad was busy enjoying his life with his other family.
Revenge is what I came for and I’ll achieve it.
Stacey’s POV
We arrived at Dylan’s house and saw Debbie and Liam coming down from their car too.
“Debbie ” Liam called and got down from the car.
I looked back and gosh Emma’s car is already here.
Debbie’s POV
“Debbie ” a voice like Liam called and I looked back to see Liam and Stacey coming down from her car.
Is this a dream or what? If it is, I never want to wake up cos right now Liam is here.
“Liam ” I said almost in a whisper and the tears were already streaming down my cheeks.
“Debbie ” he called running to me.
Before he could get to where I was, we heard someone yell “stop!! ” and a gunshot followed.
